The Albatross “The Tross” Mankato Retro T-Shirt
Made to order • Final sale unless defective • See return / refund policy
A tribute to one of Mankato’s most legendary campus bars. The Albatross—better known as “The Tross”—was a favorite student hangout near Minnesota State University from the mid-1970s until around 2001.
Known for rowdy nights, King Kan specials, live music, and its famous connection to Minnesota Vikings summer training camp, The Tross became a gathering place for students, locals, musicians, players, and coaches alike.
Featuring the original albatross-inspired artwork and the classic phrase “…the Bird Watcher’s Paradise,” this vintage-style tee celebrates a true piece of Mankato nightlife history.
